Dr. Douglas Krebs took part in the Girls on the Run Associate Board Bags Tournament, held at John Barleycorn's Wrigleyville location.  Girls on the Run is a life-changing, experiential learning programs for girls age eight to thirteen years old. The programs combine training for a 3.1 mile running event with self-esteem enhancing, uplifting workouts. The goals of the programs are to encourage positive emotional, social, mental, spiritual and physical development.

Dr. Krebs of Chicago Spine + Sports was paired up against Ryan Chiaverini of Windy City Live! It was a hard fought battle, but there were no winners or losers because it is for charity!  Dr. Krebs is an active member of the Girls on the Run Associate Board.  We would like to thank Ryan for coming out and supporting Girls on the Run!

Dr. Krebs Obtains Board Certification in Chiropractic Orthopedics

On May 14, 2007, Dr. Douglas R. Krebs passed his Diplomate examination in orthopedics from the Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists.  After successfully completing this examination, Dr. Krebs has been awarded Board Certification in Chiropractic Orthopedics and has been accepted as a Fellow with the Academy. Chiropractic Orthopedics is defined as the branch of chiropractic medicine that includes the continued acquisition of knowledge relative to both normal functions and diseases of the human body as they relate to the bones, joint, capsules, discs, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and their complete neurological components. Chiropractic Orthopedics is defined as the branch of chiropractic medicine that includes the continued acquisition of knowledge relative to both normal functions and diseases of the human body as they relate to the bones, joint, capsules, discs, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and their complete neurological components.
